The PowerStep Morton’s Extension Insole is a multi-functional replacement insole designed to support the foot and limit the range of motion along the first metatarsophalangeal joint (MTP). It uses a semi-rigid shell that has the right amount of firmness for stability. Under the top layer is a layer of EVA foam to absorb shock and distribute impact. To limit motion along the first ray, this insole features a Carbon Fiber Stability Plate that reduces forefoot flexibility to promote healing and lessen the pain. This replacement insole is designed for those experiencing turf toe, Hallux Limitus, sesamoiditis, and those needing specific postoperative support. See the size chart for guidance.
